3D Narratives Workshop Series

From April to November 2022, the PURE3D Team ran a number of training workshops for our Pilot Partners on creating and editing 3D scholarly editions using Smithsonian’s Voyager Story. The participants first became familiar with Voyager Story by completing a tutorial on 25 Northumberland Road in which they created short and long annotations with embedded multimedia and a short guided tour. The participants were then set up with a Voyager Story workspace to develop stories around their own 3D objects. Keep an eye out on our socials in the coming months as these projects will be published on the PURE3D Platform in an upcoming soft launch this Spring.

PURE3D will be running a workshop on 3D digital storytelling using Voyager at the upcoming 2023 CAA (Computer Applications in Archaeology) Conference, held in Amsterdam from April 3-6.
